This is 364 sf privately owned, smoke free, log cabin that sits on a ridge on Cherokee Lake with fantastic views. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom cabin with a kitchenette and small living area. It has an eating table with a checkerboard built in. Sit on the covered porch, drink your coffee, read a book and enjoy the views of the lake. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator with freezer, a hot plate and convection microwave. We provide bedding, towels, and kitchen utensils for your use while you stay. There is a private community boat ramp available for your use. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayak, or paddle board and enjoy over 400 miles of shoreline. Don't forget your lifejackets and sunscreen. There is a well-maintained gravel road that leads to the cabins. The community is still being developed but there is no construction noise. The cabins are built off site and brought in finished.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

"The Rental Agreement for this property takes precedence over any policies, terms, and conditions listed on various online booking platforms. Rates are subject to change and sales/discounts do not apply to existing reservations. A Damage deposit of $300.00 is mandatory. It is normal to see two credit card transactions on your statement - one from Vrbo/AirBnB (or another booking platform you use) for their service fee and the other from Cherokee Lake Rental. The service fee is not payable to Cherokee Lake Rental."
